Comm100's Free Newsletter service is similiar to a Constant Contact type of service. The only difference is, it's totally free. You can implement a "sign up for our newsletter", then send stylish html newletters to your contact list.

Knowledge Base

Comm100's Knowledge base software allows you to set up a "Knowledge Base" or FAQ section on your website. You can post articles that are helpful to visitors, or training materials for employees. This software also has a "Feedback" area where visitors can rate an article.

I charge a flat rate of $129 to set this service for you.

Comm100 Live Chat Software.

Did you notice the "Live Chat" Icon in the bottom right corner of your monitor?

I implemented this using Comm100's open source, free software, and a programming language called JQuery.

Live Chat will give you the ability to chat with visitors. You will be notified by a light "knock, knock, knock" sound when a new visitor arrives. You can see (instantly) how someone found you, what page they are on, are they are repeat visitor, how many pages they have visited, and what page they are currently on.
